You are solely responsible for all prompts you submit to the service. You must ensure that your prompts:

• Rejection of the prompt and generation request
• Suspension or termination of your account

4. Output License and Usage Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and our Content Policy:

• User Rights: You may use, modify, and distribute the generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable laws and these Terms.
• Service Rights: Gazmandros may store generated outputs and display them in a gallery or showcase, unless you explicitly delete them. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our Content Policy or these Terms.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your generated content at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

5. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Content Policy
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Attempt to circumvent our safety measures or content filters
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may delete your account data and generated content, subject to our legal obligations and Privacy Policy.

6. Payment and Credits

Credits purchased are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Credits do not expire. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with changes applying to future purchases only.
