Gazmandros allows the generation of adult fantasy AI art featuring fictional consenting adults (18+). All characters depicted must be clearly fictional and of legal adult age. Content must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Prohibited Content (Hard Ban)

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or termination:

a) Minors and Underage Content

Absolutely no content depicting or suggesting minors, underage individuals, or "young-looking" characters. This includes but is not limited to:

Any character under 18 years of age
Content suggesting or implying underage characters
School uniforms or school settings in adult contexts
Terms such as: teen, teenager, schoolgirl, schoolboy, young, minor, underage, juvenile, 17, 16, 15, or any age under 18
Any visual or textual representation that could be interpreted as depicting a minor

This is a zero-tolerance policy. Violations will be reported to appropriate authorities.

b) Real Persons and Celebrity Likeness

Prohibited content includes:

Real persons, celebrities, public figures, or any identifiable individuals
Face-swap or deepfake technology applied to real photos
Impersonation of real individuals
Nudify or undress tools applied to real photographs
Any content that could be used to create non-consensual intimate images of real people

c) Non-Consensual and Harmful Content

Prohibited content includes:

Non-consensual sexual content
Sexual violence, assault, or coercion
Incestuous content
Bestiality or animal-related sexual content
Extreme violence or gore
Content promoting hate speech or discrimination

d) Illegal Content

Any content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to laws regarding child protection, intellectual property, privacy, and defamation. This includes content that could facilitate illegal activities.

Enforcement

Gazmandros takes content policy violations seriously. Enforcement actions include:

Content Removal: Prohibited content will be immediately removed from our platform
Account Suspension: Accounts that violate this policy may be temporarily suspended
Account Termination: Repeated violations or severe violations will result in permanent account termination
Legal Cooperation: We will cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in response to lawful requests, including reporting suspected illegal content, especially content involving minors
Data Preservation: We may preserve account data and content as required by law or for legal proceedings

Retention & Removal

Content on our platform is subject to automatic removal policies:

Automatic Removal: Generated content and related metadata are automatically removed after a retention period (default: 30 days) unless deleted earlier by the user.
Early Removal: Content may be removed earlier if it is reported, violates our Content Policy, or if policy violations are suspected during our review process.
User Deletion: Users can delete their generated content at any time through their account dashboard.
Legal Holds: Content may be retained longer than the standard retention period if it is subject to a legal hold, investigation, or is required to be preserved by law.
